Cancellation of Therapy/Learning sessions

Individual and group Learning/Therapy Sessions : 100% refund of payment will be given if the participant/client gives notice of cancellation 24 hours prior to commencement of session.  50% of fee will be charged up to 3 hours prior to commencement of the session.  Any sessions cancelled after this period will be charged at the full rate of the session. 

Cancellation of License to hold the Education endorsed program

Education endorsed E.A.S.Y program license : The license holder can cancel his/her license with a full refund less $100 administration fee within 14 days of signing of the License agreement. Once the license holder has received all program documents there will be no refund of the license fee.
